You may have spotted our International 14, 16ft Skiff and 18 Footer out on Sydney Harbour. They are part of the newly launched Gill RACE TEAM.

The smart looking skiff team includes some young talent and world champions.

Racing on the International 14 are two very talented guys, Archie Massey, current I14 World Champion and Dan Wilsdon up the front, current #3 in the 18 Footer World Trophy.
On the 16 Skiff we have three successful young guys out of dinghies who are taking on the skiff circuit. James Ward on the helm, past Flying Ant and 420 champion. Adam Minter, from a long line of sailors, grew up on Botany Bay in Sabots and Flying Ants. Jarreth Close, or Jaf as he is more commonly known, on the bow with a history of youth skiff classes. When not flying on their skiff, James and Jaf race on a very competitive keelboat and will be competing in the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race this year.
Our 18 Footer team includes long time 18 crew of Niall Kinch and Paul Schulz who have been a team for several years in 18's achieving number 2 in the JJ World Trophy in 2006 and 2007 and number 3 in 2005 and 2008. This year they team up with Dave Alexander on the helm who placed 3rd in the I14 World Championship last year.
