Our philosophy is very simple. At Gill, we design and produce marine performance clothing and accessories that enhance the experience of the sailor. We work exclusively with competition sailors at all levels of the sport to ensure we receive the most accurate feedback on every product development project. Our rigorous testing criteria, laboratory procedures and independent fabric testing specialists mean we always arrive at the most technically superior garment at the time of manufacture.
Gill pioneered the Yellow Dot fabric classification system in order to stop the confusion faced by customers when purchasing a technical sailing garment and also developed the Fact Patch which is sewn in to all our sailing clothing to further help you when you decide to buy the best fit-for-purpose garment.
